BEAUTIFUL MOMENTS ~ NO WORDS NEEDED ~ CHALLENGE FROSTED DESIGNS

Morning on this rather mild (so far) day here today. I came across the current challenge at Frosted Designs and I thought I would like to do it. The challenge to use washi, ribbon, twine and the twist you must use two of the above. I have managed to use all of the above.
Whilst looking for a photo to scrap I came across this photo of my Mum and my Grandson and I knew it needed to be scrapped. Sentimental for me , but that is why we scrap to preserve these precious moments.

Lots of Scrapmatts and Craftqueen goodness used on the layout. All the gorgeous chippies and words are scrapmatts and the little extra's like the lace , little mirrors Satin Seam binding and braids are Craftqueen.

I have used Perfect Pearls from Scrapfriends to colour the Scrapmatts Chevron Chippy, and I have coloured the circle chippy with Pan Pastels and added a bit of gold Kindy Glitz

The thread I have used around the outside of the layout is from a big old fashion spool of thread that was Mums

I have added lots of Washi and also some stamping  Our beautiful Jedd and my Mum
